Does the restaurant serve French food, I asked. Of course! I guess a burger or a pasta made in France is French food. I was afraid of getting out in that vicinity to dine out, so it had to be that 4.5 euros for one very small coke. Expensive and bad food. Most of the staff were not friendly.

Great service, excellent food, plus a nice room
Dinner was excellent and affordable. The breakfast buffet had several tasty options. If you take the airport shuttle, be sue you know which stop the Greenline bus picks up at.

Very basic for a Novotel- carpets showing its age, no amenities apart from soap and shampoo dispenser, staff not customer centric. In contrast to other 4 star hotels in Paris, this did not seem to have met my expectations. Focus was clearly on being a conference venue rather than a hotel for guests.

The reception staff was very pleasant and the food was good at the restaurant. The green shuttle will take you to and from the hotel and Orly, in case you are trying to find that info. Very convenient rooms for families.
