"Asher was a wonderful host and we very much enjoyed the home and it's location. The accomodations were exactly what we were looking for and it came in at a good value. Only gripe was that the place had a fairly strong smell of cat litter. They did have a candle available, which helped. I think the place could have just used a deep clean and aired out. Although you aren't completely secluded from neighbors it still felt very private, and all the details were well-explained and exactly as advertised. "The property is beautiful and we had a pleasant stay, but there are a handful of notes that would have turned this into a 5-star experience: 1) The property features two queen size beds and one twin bed. All of the mattresses are STIFF. Not firm, STIFF. We had some pretty rough nights on these. If you can't replace the mattresses, at least include some plush mattress covers. 2) The top tier balcony was off-limits, with P-touch stickers on the door demanding guests not open it. "This treehouse was a really nice stay for our daughter and her new husband! They loved how cute it was and the location was really beautiful. When we originally booked the stay a while back, we did not know that the property was shared outside. I think the listing reflects that more now. There were some issues with the door locking from the inside, but other than that, they had a great stay!"

The wood fired hot tub was overrated and a total waste of about 5 hours of work trying to get it warm. The provided firewood needed to be chopped down to make kindling and the expectation to pay for the wood considering the nightly cost of the property seemed a little silly.
