The hotel staff was very polite and considerate. One person helped me a lot with fixing my issues that Expedia could not. Kansas was her name. She was amazing. "This little house has everything we needed. The view of the mountains was amazing and the yard around the house is full of birds. Bed was comfortable, so was the couch -- and there was a rocking chair. Lots of extras for our comfort -- throws, cushions, hand lotion in the bathroom, a flashlight, an extra dog leash. We love it and hope to return soon."
