The staff were friendly and helpful. At no time did I or my husband feel slighted because we spoke English. The continental breakfast was sufficient for our needs. It was close to restaurants which were sufficient for our needs. However, next time I will ask for a room on ground level because after a long day visiting our daughter and her partner as well as walking etc, my legs were very sore and tired to walk up 2 flights of stairs. There is no elevator

Breakfast in morning was supposed to have a waffle machine, but it was never on. Breakfast sandwhiches, there was no way to heat them up, they were in a fridge with no heating instructions.

J'ai été très déçue de mon séjour à l'hotel, en arrivant, il fallait que je cours après des serviettes, un drap pour le divan lit, le lendemain, ils ne sont jamais venus faire la chambre, il a fallu que j'y retourne pour changer les serviettes, le tapis bien mouillé, car le système climatisé coulé, plus d'électricité dans la chambre à cause de la séchoire à cheveux, déjeuner inclus, mais y avait rien et seulement et seulement 3 tables pour toute l'hôtel. Avant de partir, mon auto avait plein de tâches mauve/violet qui a été aspergées part un genre de sloche pas trop sure. En plus j'ai payé un montant de 450$ la nuit et moi qui pensait que c'était du 2 au 5 août, FRANCHEMENT! Je leur ai dit c'est cher, ils m'ont dit si je voulais y penser🤔 il n'y avait plus de place ailleurs👎
