Words cannot describe the private open air bath which we used as much as possible. We had dinner and breakfast included - these meals may be challenging for western tastes but if you're feeling adventurous, go for it! Unfortunately the public bath was closed when we visited so I cannot comment on this."

"Great staff: we reached very late at night. The manager was kind enough to extend our onsen reservation for half hour without us asking. He stayed well past the midnight to make sure our onsen experience is complete! We are so grateful to him.
