The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out. "Such a beautiful and authentic villa. A setting no less than perfect for a proper stay in the Italian country side. Just a 10-minute walk from Stia and yet fully private. Lucia was the perfect host - always willing and able to help with any questions we had. We've been spending holidays in Italy for near on 20 years, always agri turismo and this place is up there among the very best. Five-star ratings from me are few and far between, but Lucia and her place definitely earns all five stars."

"I really enjoyed my trip. Easy to find, in the middle of the city, no problem with nearby parking space (free) the hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean, spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed, super strong a/c which is really important in the warm summer months. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a really nice restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel. In the morning, before my day trip I used the spa at their sister hotel (hotel Via Roma 33) just down the road for a discounted price. The spa was incredible with saunas, jacuzzi, indoor/outdoor pool in a really stunning location. "
