"We stayed here with Carlos and Nancy for our Spring Break. The check in was easy, good communication before our arrival date and the area was nice. We really appreciated the gated set up, the cleanliness and the home was set up with all you might possibly need! We would definitely rent with them again. Isabel E."

"This owner has attended to every detail to make this place warm and welcoming. Bed is super comfy the entire place was spotless and the kitchen had everything that we needed. We walked over to the River walk numerous times for dinner/drinks. My only suggestion would be to change the entry bookcase to a low bench where luggage could be placed. Thank for a great stay!"

"I would give this 0 if I could. This property could not accept the credit cards I used and told me to go get a prepaid card, then they said they would not accept that either as my name was not on it, which it obviously wouldn’t be, and they would have known that. Then they stopped responding so I had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. . Hotels.com did not step in and did nothing when they stopped responding. £600 down the drain including £70 of saved up onekeycash....

"We enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights with 2 adults & 2 kids. It was clean & was well equipped for our stay. I will say, it was pretty cramped with all of us, but for me the location was perfect & at a great price in my opinion. Wonderful view of the San Fernando Cathedral & we got to enjoy the laser light show nightly. It’s also a close walking distance to anything downtown/on the riverwalk."
