"Upon on arrival the receptionist was leaving.. check in was not until 2 we arrived early at 11 thankfully b/c there would not have been anyone there to check us in. The staff was friendly though. They charge 85$/night for additional persons which seems steep to me. We did not use the breakfast service nor would we have spent $170 on breakfast. There is no pool at this location… I think guests should have access to the sister properties amenities, similar to other places we’ve stayed in other...

"The hotel itself is wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable with a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. The staff were attentive and friendly. My only recommendations would be for the indoor pool to be warmer and for more variety for children’s dinners. "

"Nice little spot in a ski-resort community. Not a big resort. Room I stayed in was small but comfortable. Nice pool and sauna amenities. Good location along the main road in town. Free breakfast had plenty to choose from. Did not disappoint."

"This was our second time staying here, last time was in the Summer of this year. Seeing it both during the Summer and Winter makes it feel totally different. The hotel is beautiful, the location is beautiful, and the food that’s included is top tier. We spent all day relaxing at the thermal baths and saunas, and then slept great in our comfortable bed. "

"My only complaint was that there was not a mini refrigerator in the room. I had bought some expensive cheese in Rome and was unable to keep it due to this. Wonderful staff and I like that they hire mentally challenged people to help with the kitchen. "

"A beautiful building in a stunning location, but sadly there was a mix up with my booking and as it was Sunday there was no one on-site, fortunately checking my email I find the key code but no key inside. I used the phone number quoted and eventually got told a room number and I used what I now know was a master key so when I opened the room I was told to use it was already occupied, luckily the lady wasn’t actually in the room! "Hotel was beautifully located, we had a balcony bedroom with a phenomenal mountain view. Hotel and room were both really nicely furnished with a lovely atmosphere. The bed was super comfortable. Fantastic all round

"We had a fantastic stay here, service 1st class all round, food excellent (we were half board), free afternoon cakes were absolutely delicious, sauna suite brilliant. Our waiter Hr Ferenc was amazing. Maybe issue guest card on arrival without having to ask for it would be good. The free local buses and train were excellent for getting to and from our walks which were thoroughly enjoyable. All in all a wonderful weeks break, thank you. "

Great location, good hotel

"Amazing location - don't even have to cross the street to get to hotel from the train and bus station, yet the neighborhood is still nice. Staff was courteous, room was clean. Only knock is that bed could have been a little more comfortable. Coverings was a duvet, which so many hotels are using now."
