The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and no expense was spared in the remodeling / building. The staff are very attentive! You must stop and have Matteo, the “mixologist”, prepare a drink for you. He is quite skilled and shares fun stories. Bottom line, it’s a must-stay when visiting Cortina d’ Ampezzo. They have a sister property in Venice as well that we will have to explore on our next visit to Italy. "

"A historic, long standing hotel with all the creature comforts. We had a large room on the 5th floor with 2 cute circular windows with great views. Room was very quiet and comfortable (beds were comfortable, but didn’t like the 2 single beds pushed together). Breakfast was outstanding! Staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano. "
