"The hotel was outstanding with great service and amenities. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and with an excellent view. The breakfast, tea and cocktail was delicious. It was so good we didn’t bother going to other restaurants. Finally, it is close to the lake and ropeway and a 15 min walk to the station. I highly recommend this to my friends and family."

"Our short stay at Hotel Mifujien and Kawaguchiko was wonderfull. The room had a breathtaking view of Fuji-San, plenty of space and gave us a proper traditional Japanese experience. Whist our party aren't the biggest lovers of sashimi, the half board food offering had plenty to try and taste. The sheer amount included was wonderfull. "It was very fun to be so pampered and taken care of. As soon as we arrived, the staff were there ready to pamper us. One of the ladies spoke English, and was very helpful in navigating our first stay at a Ryokan. Dinner was very fun. The onsens were an exciting new experience as well. We thoroughly enjoyed it."

"A quiet hotel with only 13 rooms. Room is big and very comfortable, with outdoor onsen. Location is approximately 20 mins walk to Lake Kawaguchiko and train/bus station. The hotel provides pick-up from the station upon check-in and sends you to the station when check-out. Ample parking lot if you are renting a car. Lawson next to hotel and bus stops are nearby. Very friendly staff. They even have a Starbucks coffee machine in their lounge. I would definitely stay there again."

"Very nice and friendly staff. Everyone greets you as you walk by. The negative is that neither of the non-reserved outdoor baths have a locker to put our valuables. Some of the wood in the baths are a little slippery as well. Otherwise we had an amazing stay and I’ll come again."

"This hotel was nice and had some great amenities, but it is located pretty far from the train station and it seems the buses in the area stop running at 6:30 pm. Most businesses (like restaurants) also close around this time, so at least you can enjoy the onsen in the evening when there’s not much else to do!"

"Traditional Ryokan with very basic facilities. Nothing special to boast off but charges are on higher side. They do not even accept credit card payment and need cash, which was very annoying and difficult as I had to walk to nearby family mart to get cash out for making payment. The owner was nice and soft spoken, did a tea ceremony for couple of minutes and also dropped us to the train station on the morning. No dining facility in the Ryokan and owner seem to be not available after some time to...

We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Our room was on level 7, which is the same level as the onsen, so it was very convenient for us to use the onsen. Our stay included breakfast and dinner. Both meals were buffets, with a good variety of food choices. We drove, so parking was really free and convenient. Overall, nice stay, friendly staff and good amenities. "

"Beautiful hotel and area. The only thing was the isolation-not walkable to open restaurants in less than 25 minutes. Shuttle runs every hour. Taxi back after 745 pm when the shuttle ends for the night. The buses also work once you get the routine Beautiful views of Mt Fuji. The lake views also pretty Dinner was nice/pricey. Breakfast was also good. "

"Beautiful hotel with a magnificent view of Mt Fuji. It is a grand yellow hotel nestled in the hillside so the hotel itself is quite picturesque. We booked a room with a private indoor onsen with a spectacular view of the Mt Fuji from the room including from the onsen. The water was hot and relaxing and the hotel has free bath salts of several fragrances to add to the water. The breakfast is quite good with a large variety of food. Dinner also has a lot of variety and quantity. It is not directly in Kawaguchiko and is about a 15 minute drive away from the station with a free hotel shuttle to and from the station. Definitely worth it for the view."

"ข้อดี - ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับป้ายสถานีรถบัส Red line No.4 เดินทางสะดวก - บริเวณแถวโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี ติดถนนใหญ่มีแสงไฟสว่าง มีร้านสะดวกซื้อ Lawson ใกล้ๆ, มีร้านอาหาร 3-4 ร้านที่สามารถเดินจากรร.ไปได้ - พนักงานน่ารัก บริการดี - มีบริการรับฝากกระเป๋า, รถมินิบัสของโรมแรมไปส่งที่สถานีต่างๆฟรี (ดูตารางเวลารถที่เว็บไซต์โรงแรมหรือสอบถามที่ front ก็ได้) - ห้องพักและโรงแรมสะอาด ข้อเสีย - ถ้าเลยช่วงหกโมงเย็นจะเดินทางกลับรร.ลำบากทันที เนื่องจากรถบัส Red line รอบสุดท้ายที่สถานีคาวากุจิโกะคือประมาณหกโมงเย็น และแถวนั้นไม่มีรถเมล์สายอื่นผ่านเลย ทำให้ออกไปเที่ยวแล้วกลับดึกมากไม่ได้ - อาหารเช้าฟรี แต่แค่พอกินรองท้องได้ ไม่ได้ดีมาก"
