"The owner, Kaori-san, and her sister, who works with her, are welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed our conversations with them. The inn is clean and comfortable. We went to Yatsugatake by train, and the station is an uphill walk of 30-40 minutes from the inn. Kaori's sister generously gave us a lift in her own car. We hope to return to this delightful little inn one day."

"オーナーのご夫婦の人柄がとても素敵です。こちらのコテージを45年経営しているそうですが、よくメンテナンスされており清潔で、料理もおいしいです。旦那さんの弟さんが、アメリカのメーン州で留学をされていたそうですが、内観も外観も、ステイしていた牧師さんのお家をインスピレーションに作られているそうです。私の夫はアメリカ人ですが、夫も父方の祖父の家に似ていると言っていました。家具や調度品がとても素敵です。また、夜は無料で暖炉でマシュマロを焼かせてくださいます。またご夫婦に会いにこちらに泊まりたいです。"

"The person that worked the property was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. He did whatever he could to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Whenever we needed help such as get a taxi, answer questions, etc. he was there."

"An excellent place to the relax. The food is excellent. The shuttle service is great. The staff is very warm and friendly. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic warm welcome from this family run pension, they go out of their way for their guests. Rooms are basic but had what we needed. Food was tasty and beautifully presented and it was lovely to use the hot bath after a long day’s walking. In the days of corporate hotels with no individuality this is a breath of fresh air."

"There is no TV in the room and the restroom is shared, but hear was a soothing place by the awesome foods and the friendly owner!"

"時期的にも宿泊費が高いと思いつつ、せっかくだからと予約しました。到着後すぐ全員揃え、暑い室内で説明を受けました。早く寛ぎたいのに、合宿のようでした。夕飯とお風呂は外で済ませ、室内で寛ごうにも飲食禁止、エアコンなし、照明も暗く、ただ寝るだけでした。朝食付きを選びましたが、値段と合わない内容でした。随分と高い勉強料となりました。"

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."
