"We were delighted with our choice of Marina Di Petrolo. The hotel is bright, smart and very clean. Our family room for my wife, daughter and I was a very good size, nicely decorated and smart. The staff were so nice and friendly at all times, and were always willing to help. We were grateful for the wonderful room cleaning staff who tidied and cleaned our rooms every day. There was an excellent Italian breakfast option every day, including freshly-made coffee of your choice. The location is not completely central but all the main areas of the town are easily accessible by foot, which is better to do anyway! Nevertheless there's a spectacular view of the bay from both the breakfast room and our own room. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was winter, but it looked nice. It would have been nice to have had the option to have meals other than breakfast, but it wasn't difficult to find other places around town (including a terrific pizza delivery place directly opposite!). We would love to come back to Sicily and if we are in this part of the island, Marina di Petrolo will be a definite place to revisit."

"Wonderful stay at a nice peaceful B&B within throwing distance of the Temple at Segesta. Would stay again. The owners worked very hard to make the stay enjoyable. Nice pool. Easy secure parking. Good breakfast. Really nice room with high ceilings, felt spacious. "

"The house was fully equipped with everything we could need - also with the little things that make a big difference, e.g. tea and coffee, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, clingfilm, etc. The property is located in a peaceful and beautiful location, very near to the local town, supermarkets and restaurants - Castellemare del Golfo is lovely, a fab old town with harbour and lots of bars and restaurants but quite low key compared to other tourist spots. The surrounding area is exceptionally beautiful with options for hiking, swimming, snorkelling, etc. The sea is so warm and crystal clear. We loved it and had a fabulous stay. "

"Pleasant stay, nice people. Good communication with any help needed. Thanks for the bottle of wine and cakes, which was a nice gesture. Comfortable stay in the chalet, nice pool. Quite and relaxing place. 20 minute walk to town centre. Bit of a hike up hill coming back though. Nice town, friendly people. Plenty of restaurants and bars."
