"Beautiful property with very friendly support staff. I needed to follow the directions and park below the hotel but instead followed the gps and wedged the rental literally between the rock and the hard place. Service bailed me out of the scrape! Walking around town was great. Also having the speciality past from Maria , the Genovese, was a special treat. Sam L"

"Beautiful hotel. Room was clean and cozy. The bed was soft. The staff were friendly. We stayed mid October, during the off season, so the hotel restaurant was closed. "Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Place was extremely clean and had perfect black out drapes on every window and door. Bed was hard, but they provided extra blankets we used as a nest. Location isn’t the most personally desirable but fine if you have a car for exploring Marsala. Kitchen is well stocked with things needed to prepare meals, but could use some staples like salt and oil. Unfortunately the WiFi didn’t really work and kicked us off and made us login an extraordinary amount of times."

"This hotel has been renamed The New Hotel Palace. It was grand, beautiful pool area, ornate lobby and sitting areas albeit somewhat dated. The staff was lovely. It was very quiet, guessing that it was off season. The breakfast was not enticing, a bit disappointing. The same foods were out for 2 mornings so there was nothing that was fresh except maybe the loaf of bread to toast. "
