It was strange not to have a sink in the toilet area in the apartment, this seems like a strange design to me. The kitchen had all sorts of pots, plates, and everything needed for cooking. "Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"

"Calm clean and well stocked place for a week. Had everything I would need to cook and eat in the space. Views were beautiful and comfortable. "

"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

"They say free parking, but then they charge you for parking. They say free internet, but there is no internet. They charge you extra fees when you arrive and when you leave. Don't stay there."

"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"The single bed mattresses and supplied pillows were very worn and uncomfortable. There was no cushion backing to one side of the table area, making it very uncomfortable to use. Our room was directly above the ski locker which was very loud. The air inside our accommodation was very dry so we had to take measures to increase the humidity at night. No bars nearby for evening time relaxed environment, although the bar staff at the hotel bar were friendly, there was no atmosphere there. The buses...

"Good value for money, perfect position on the slopes. Apartment block a bit noisy and the double bed consisted of 2 single matress. Reception good and communicative but the restaurant offer very little chooise and not great"

"The whole place needs massive renovations and did not jusify paying over 3100 euros for a 1 bedroom apartment. Considering the week after (we went on UK half term) the price drops to a third of a price, I would consider it a total rip off and taking customers for a ride. The owners admitted they are going through a 4 Million euro renovation project next summer which goes to show the state Alpina property. Don't go there until it is renovated in 2026. "
