"Very average experience. The room was very dark with no view- corner view at courtyards on 2nd flor has no daylight at all. No good morning , no goodbye from the staff during the day. Only one waiter during breakfast was very kind and helpful. Hotel only for sleep and breakfast. Nothing else, even no place for work during the day at lobby- no space for it. Overall- very poor quality to the price. Sorry"

"Just to keep things in perspective, the issues I had seemed to be temporary due to construction but none the less what I experienced. The room was extremely hot. When I called down to the front desk to ask about it, they told me it was a known issue and should be fixed the next day. It was very hot for a couple days and then a little more managable the rest of the week but I had to keep the balcony door open the entire time (Febuary) just to keep the room at a manageable temp. "Check-in automate was broken, nobody on site. Had to work with staff by phone to even get room keys including rebooting the check-in automate. In the aftermath I ended up getting charged twice for the stay because of this and hotel refused to reimburse, claiming that it is just a hold while it is clearly a double booking. Worst experience. I would strongly recommend to avoid this place. Hotel provides ear plugs as it is so loud from traffic that sleeping without is impossible."
