"I didn't realize this was a family hotel until we got there. It was amazing. Pool on the roof, slides, bar, hot tubs, cool off pools. AMAZING view of the alps during the day. Downstairs they have a game room for kids and pool tables. And the staff was excellent. Couple of restaurants in the building. The restaurants were good, staff was friendly and the food was good. Live music was ok guy singing was terrible. "

Breakfast was lovely , all that was missing was some extra pillows and tea making facilities in the room, had a nespresso machine in the room which was amazing for me but my husband only drinks tea. "The Hotel Stay was very nice; the spa area is absolute fabulous, wonderful saunas, quiet spaces and great ambiance- the changing rooms could use an update; there are no toiletries, no hair dryer or keys to lock your personal items; the gym area is a little small and outdated, the dining options are great, but not really what I would expect staying at a 5 star hotel, the salad bar is soso, options are very limited; the staff at night is top notch, the morning crew needs a little reminder that...
