The facilities in this hotel are endless, there are lots of swimming pools to suit everyone all heated 2 outdoor, splash park and water slide indoors, many games in the sport pub, I can go on forever. "This is a wonderful hotel. So friendly and helpful. Super breakfast buffet. Classic Alpine/Tirolean aesthetic. Extensive spa facilities. Good wine list. It is listed on some websites as ski-in/ski-out, which is not accurate. However it was no problem. There is a free bus to the lifts, takes just 2 minutes, very easy and reliable service. "Although rated as 4 Star Superior the restaurant did not, in my opinion, meet this criteria. Although the standard of restaurant food provided was good, I was disappointed that apart from the main course all the other courses were self service. Also the tables in the restaurant were quite close together, making movement from our table to and from the buffet area difficult and private conversation at the table virtually impossible."
