"My mom and I were on a tour of the flyover states and stayed here for one night at the end of our trip. Julie was amazingly communicative and her directions were perfect. The loft was comfortable to a fault, right down to coffee ready to brew and extra paper goods, etc stocked in the bathroom. My mom and I could have easily stayed here a week, relaxing with a view of the pond or sitting out on the cozy porch in an Adirondack. Plus there are beautiful wineries everywhere. (We enjoyed Chaumette). Just a perfect place to stay, and if we ever find ourselves in MO again, this will be our spot. "

"I was flooded out of going home after vacation. I was able to stay at the HIE through Hotels.com. The staff had me ready to go when I got there. They have amazing electric blinds to block the sunlight...I work nights."
