"Minha experiência não foi muito boa. Os pontos positivos são: a localização do Hotel, excelente café da manhã, banheiro grande e os funcionários atenciosos. Os pontos negativos: fiquei no quinto andar, as camas eram velhas, colchões horríveis, roupa de cama furada. Além disso, os elevadores precisam ter melhor manutenção, acabei ficando presa dentro dele pois parou de funcionar assim que eu entrei. Outro ponto, foi que reservei 4 quartos e precisávamos de 1 vaga de estacionamento, porém no dia que chegamos o estacionamento estava lotado e meu carro teve que ficar na rua. Acredito que o Hotel precise de uma remodelagem nos móveis e troca total de roupas de cama e travesseiros."

Unfortunately the front of house staff at reception were extremely poor constantly on their phones watching videos barely could they look up from said devices to say good morning or good evening. The hotel was dirty,noisy and outdated."
