Bom hotel, mas que necessita de melhorar a gestão
Já me hospedei algumas vezes no QS, a localização é ótima, quartos espaçosos e bom atendimento de todo o "staff", mas percebo que em cada momento algo ruim acontece e principalmente porque o hotel está sempre na sua capacidade máxima. Desta vez ao efetuar check in fui informado que não tinha estacionamento disponível, são somente 40 vagas rotativas, e que se tivesse seria cobrado uma taxa de R$15(nada disso é reportado aqui e que gerou imensa insatisfação em todos os hóspedes que ali estavam entrando). Há um mês atrás me hospedei, utilizei o estacionamento e não tive cobrança extra, inclusive. A rua do hotel é curta, estava chovendo, além de ter que estacionarmos bem distantes toda a insegurança com o carro na rua. Outro ponto: sem travesseiros extras. E por fim, durante o café da manhã, fiz um pão com queijo pra comer após meu treino e ao sair fui abordado que não poderia sair com comida do café da manhã, o que achei tão desnecessário isso ser pontuado a um hóspede, algo tão pequeno.

Estrutura do hotel é ótima, funcionários cordiais. Antes de reservar vi alguns comentários sobre o chuveiro não esquentar mas não tive problema algum, no quarto que fiquei estava funcionando perfeitamente, esquenta até demais mas demora uns minutos. Serviço de quarto também foi um ponto que fiquei um pouco receosa pelas avaliações lidas mas eles deixaram totalmente explícito que tem que ser solicitado pelo hóspede. A localização é boa, tem um shopping pertinho, 7 minutos de caminhada, não é enorme mas tem algumas lojas e praça de alimentação, bom para comprar água e petiscos para quem não gosta de consumir coisas do frigobar e minibar do hotel.
