"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. "The property met all my requirements. A word of warning there are two properties so make sure you go to the correct address. I didn't and went to the wrong hotel. Outside the hotel is very vibrant with nice eating and drinking places. Shops, supermarket and pharmacy in the same street. Close to the city center. Absolutely no complaints."

"Big room and very comfy bed, slept very well. Still, there was a party in the mezzanine floor restaurant on the first night, and since I was on the second floor, it was a bit too loud. If i were to come back, I would for sure ask for a top floor room. I would insist on bathroom cleanliness, there was a funky smell that didn’t go away for 3 days. "I wish I could give a 4.5, every thing was good, slight issue I raised with staff was very efficiently and pleasantly taken care of. The desk staff, Gaberiel et ao., are 5 star, as is the pool and saunas. Definitely would go back! Great location for me! "
