Find Hotel with a Concierge in Bucharest

"In theory this could have been a bad review. The restaurant and spa were closed for renovation, the lack of soundproofing in the interconnecting rooms meant our noisy neighbours kept us awake at 5am, and we were promised a room with a bath but didn’t get one. "This hotel is in the middle of nowhere and seems very uninhabited. I got it because it was cheap and was near the airport, but it's near the wrong airport for international flights. My mistake. But it's very hard to reach unless you have a cab or car. Not much in the area, a starbucks and a couple of small restaurants, and two grocery stores a few minutes away. It was very clean, just empty, and the clerk was the only person in Romania I met who could not speak English. Thus I could not ask for...

"Excellent hotel, well priced but never saw any staff and as I arrived late at night there was no water in my room or available, also a long walk to find somewhere to get a coffee/breakfast, there is a cake shop in the lobby but they don't sell coffee and the coffee shop in the lobby was closed throughout my stay, otherwise am very pleased with this hotel. Thanks!!"
