"Great location, 20 minutes from Old Town, 10 minutes from Universitate metro, but on a busy road so you may want to keep the windows shut. Fortunately there is efficient air conditioning (controlled by a remote). Clean, comfortable, with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, kettle). I kept the blinds closed against the heat and the workmen outside, and then found the lighting a little dim. Brighter bulbs and/or a bedside light would be welcome."

"I never got any check in details, despite asking several times via various means of messages. I also asked whether I cld could come slightly earlier. I was told I cld but again no check in details were given. There was no key safe or a reception to pick up a key. In the end I had to book somewhere else. "

"I have stayed here a few times and like it a lot. It’s v close to Piata romana. Small problems are: the internet is patchy. It’ll sometimes drop for no reason, and won’t appear on WiFi for a little while. Secondly, I’m uncertain that they change the door pass code. I usually ask for the bedroom key so that I can lock it at night and also when I go out. "

"My stay at Piccolo Mondo had no issues at all, everything was clean. We didn’t spend much time here as we were out from morning till night however we were comfortable, bed was very spacious, fits 3 people to be honest. We had the room only so can’t comment on breakfast but overall it was a smooth process, although there aren’t any staff members anywhere, the directions to get access into the building and room are very clear and they also provide a location to leave your luggage after check out...

"Second time I was here. First time was ok, acceptable, nothing to write about. Except this time there were a few problems. 1) There were baby roaches. I saw three in my room. 2) They didn’t clean the toilet so that it had dried urine on the lip of the bowl when you pick up the toilet seat, despite having a “disinfected” paper tape. 3) There was no toilet paper. I told the receptionist and he couldn’t find it at the time so I asked to have it placed in my room. When I got back to my room over 10...
