"Beautiful hotel in the heart of the downtown action. Nice staff. There were a lot of little things that kept me from giving 5 stars. Glasses in common areas would sit for MANY HOURS - overnight (bar drinks brought to 2nd fl balcony/lobby) would be there until 12n or later the next day. Saw staff walk by them. Ran out of caffeinated coffee for common area nespresso machine - FOR OUR ENTIRE STAY (4 days). Tightening up mgmt a little would make this place awesome."
