"The property was great. Right on the lake, very peaceful when I was there. Cabin had lots of room and great little decorations. Although, I didn't use, kitchen seemed well equipped. Wifi worked great and was welcomed as my cell service was poor in the area (which I sort of expected). "

"Well we’re probably not the standard profile for guests at this hotel (my sister bought a fixer upper home in a neighboring town so I’m in the area to help out somewhat regularly) but here’s why I’ve given pretty much 5 stars across the board: 1. The rooms are exactly what they are advertised as clean, comfortable, reasonably quiet even when the restaurant has live music and for those of us who work nightshifts the windowless room is an amazing bonus. 2. The dining is a get what you pay for kind of thing if you don’t mind paying for quality I highly recommend the prime rib dinner (served Friday and Saturday nights). 3. The patio is pet friendly so taking your dog to dinner is a great option (and they do serve the dogs at least a bowl of water as well— whoever came up with that idea needs a raise). 4. Convenient access to the main road, decently spacious parking lot if you happen to be pulling a trailer and great access (either option will work but motorized vehicles or the walking path will get you there) to gas stations/basic shopping."

"The folks were very nice but the bedskirt looked like someone had barffed down the side of the bed! 😤😤😤😤😤. There were Cheetoes between the bed and the nightstand. AND, because I had booked online they couldn’t refund part of the cost to compensate ☹️☹️☹️!!!"
