Every day started with a breathtaking sunrise at breakfast and ended with the most beautiful, jaw-dropping sunset at dinner. We even experienced a small earthquake and were treated to a delightful visit from a family of monkeys! The staff were incredibly attentive to all our needs, making the experience even more memorable. "The property is very beautiful, very clean and well maintained. . We stayed in Villa 1 right near the reception area with a private pool. The staff is super friendly, and courteous. All the staff members are very attentive to our needs. Every staff members say hello when they see us during our 4-day stay and paid attention to every small details (e.g. remembering our name and villa number). The restaurant on the property, Shrida, serves excellent dishes and the staff there are wonderful. We ate most of our meals at the restaurant because the food and service staff are excellent. The property is located right off the main street in town and is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in a lively area. The transportation service, and local tour packages offered are excellent and reasonably price. We booked a full day tour that included visiting the nearly monkey forest, rice fields,, coffee farm, temples, and water falls and enjoyed it very much. Our driver and tour guide (Wayan) was super knowledgeable, friendly and very patient in answering all our questions. We took advantage of the spa package and had the best spa treatment on our trip to SE Asia. Overall, we had a wonderful time and so glad that we stayed at the Royal Kamuela. We could not be any happier with the services. We would recommend this property without hesitation. Thank you Royal Kamuela team for making our stay for our anniversary to memorable. "
