"No communication via Expedia/VRBO but eventually made contact directly. Issue on arrival with no keys or gate entry and it was pouring with rain. Resolved quickly as another arrival had taken all the keys from box!! Reasonably spacious airy flat in good location close to nightlife and shops (but not riverside or cathedral view as advertised) but close to both. Easy walk into all the amenities in town. Stay would have been better if there had been an information pack with WiFi code and how to...

"We had a lovely short stay in Norwich at this excellent accommodation and would definitely stay there again."

"The location was good , apartment was comfortable. However the view would have been excellent apart from building being covered in scaffold and workmen were outside main window on arrival so little intimidating. Appreciate work has to be done but this was not mentioned at time of booking so paid a lot of money for a view we didn’t have. So in regards to that very disappointed. Would I return yes but not to this apartment not worth amount being asked. "

"Caister itself was very pleasant and the beach was beautiful. The accommodation was perfect, a Georgian style house split down the middle and totally refurbished. The downstairs is one large room containing the kitchen a dining area and very comfy sofas. Upstairs (which are pretty steep) is a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a massive bathroom with a large 2-person shower and a spa bath. "The property was on the 2nd floor and no lifts getting into to the property once we got the correct information was fine Property was ver small and the sofa bed was definitely not for 2 people and very uncomfortable Vas very concerned about the sockets in the front room hanging off tbe wass and exposed wires Over-all it was in a close position to town but was not for 3 people ket alobe 4 as advertised "

"The only downfall was the number of stairs, you had to go up to get to the apartment. Everything else was fine."

"We had wonderful communication with Emily before our arrival. Her check in details were precise and clear to follow. We had asked about an ironing board and Emily had very kindly left one outside the apartment the next morning. The apartment is situated in a small, gated complex with a dedicated parking stall for the unit. We were really happy with the size of the apartment and the closeness to downtown. It was quiet and peaceful. We were there for 9 days and had some great sunny periods....
