"Far too many children making far too much noise in the swimming pool and more importantly in the restaurant. It completely spoiled my evening and I paid for a meal I couldn’t be bothered to eat. Signs could be put up instructing children are kept under control and noise kept at an appropriate level. "

"The outstanding customer service was the highlight at this hotel. Great facilities (swimmimg pool.and gym) with standard room that I booked. The odd carpet stain (in the room) but no complaints on cleanliness at all."

"Nice boutique feel to the hotel. Overall decor was good, a few tired elements let it down like the iron burn on the carpet and the bathroom flooring. Staff very very friendly. Everywhere was very clean. Good spot to stay to access the city centre."

"Absolutely fantastic hotel. Very clean, staff were amazing, welcoming and so helpful. Definitely recommend a stay. Facilities were great with tye gym, pool, sauna etc. Made good use of them. Room was clean and well serviced. Very happy I chose this hotel for me and my colleagues on our business trip."

"We had a lovely stay at The Quay Bed and Breakfast. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, the continental breakfast was also very well done. The hosting was also great and we felt all our needs were catered for. Would definitely recommend!"

"We stayed here for one night and thoroughly enjoyed it. From the welcome on reception when booking in right through to checking out in the morning every member of staff who we interacted with was friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had a delicious 2 course meal in the evening and one of the best breakfasts we have had. The buffet breakfast was top rate with amazing sausages and bacon. "My second stay at The Revado. An excellent, value for money hotel, which is clean, comfortable and the staff are very welcoming. Hotel is in an excellent location for both Carrow Road and evenings out in Norwich city centre. Would not have any problems booking further stays here in the future and would throughly recommend The Revado."

"Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The apartment we were allocated was spotless and comfortable. Despite being above the bar area it was very quiet so we had a great sleep. The property is right next to the Minster with the town centre right on the doorstep with most places of interest within walking distance. Things to note: the property is not suitable for those with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs and no lift - it’s an old building....

"We had a great stay however the bath was very slow to drain and was very slippery when showering. We put the mat in and kept on it to avoid slipping."
