"We enjoyed a one night stay here. Giacomo greeted us upon our arrival and provided instructions for bringing in the luggage and use of the apartment. We enjoyed the modern kitchen and were able to have dinner there. The view from the balcony overlooking Lake Maggiore was spectacular. There was a nice little outdoor area in front with some chairs. Giacomo was on standby for several questions by phone as we were getting settled in. "

"With 8 adult friends we had a wonderful week in april 2024. Although the fourth double room is very small for two adults. And to go outside tot the bathroom is a disadvantage.We lived mostly in the kitchen because of the very effective pelletstove. "The place is extraordinary! Cozy, beautifully decorated and the same time offering all modern commodities – wifi and smart TV. Fully equipped kitchen featuring the original pizza oven! We had wonderful family time there, enjoying picturesque walks near Lake Orta and relaxing in this fantastic house. Our son was fascinated by various old objects found in the house, he loved climbing and playing on the mezzanine, and playing some boardgames provided by the owners. We have warmed up in the steam...

"We stayed over Easter and spent nice days in the garden and around the lake. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms and a bathroom on each floor. Kitchen spacious with everything plus you could want whilst on holiday. Recommend a family to stay here. easy parking with a big garden to relax outside. We had a few days of rain, so even the upstairs terrace has a nice living area."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Hotel was spotless and had everything you would need. Beautiful walk around lake area. Felt very safe. Lots of near by villages to explore. We took an unexpected trip to Domodossola which was well worth the 45 minute drive to see the foothills of the alps along the drive and the old historic city which had amazing charm."
