"The hotel has recently been created from an old schoolhouse and they have done a beautiful job. The entire place is immaculate and nicely appointed. There is a bar and restaurant on site which also has a buffet breakfast available. Staff was helpful and friendly. We have family in Schwelm so we will definitely stay here when we visit again and will encourage other family members to do the same."

"We were greeted with a very clean, pleasant-smelling, and wonderfully quiet apartment. There was plenty of room for the two of us and our two pets for our 3-night stay. We used only one of the bedrooms, as it was very nice to wake up to a view of the garden in the morning. We hardly used the comfortable couch in the living room as we preferred the large kitchen once we returned from our outings. It was a short walk to the train station, so a long day of exploration in nearby Wuppertal was easy...
