I absolutely love the architecture and the design of the hotel. The lobby itself and the concierge staff were amazing, very customer friendly, extremely helpful, sweet, and nice.

Convenient location right next to convention center. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was plenty spacious and bed was comfy and great for value! Definitely would recommend.

The hotel is well placed for those visiting the convention Center however I found the hotel to be very basic. The checkin staff were wonderful and friendly. The rooms themselves were dirty, no amenities apart from a shower cap and the bed was ridiculously soft with no support. The selection of food for breakfast was very limited and not what I would have expected. Would stay here again just because its close but no other reason
