"The apartment was clean and check in was smooth. We enjoyed being able to walk places easily. Some basics seemed to be missing - salt, pepper, a spatula - the bathtub was broken. Several windows could not shut all the way. I let the property manager know so hopefully this gets fixed before the next guests."

"The listing is accurate and the host communication was clear and kind. The space is well decorated and had everything we needed to be comfortable, warm, and relaxed. Our dog loved playing in the snow in the field behind the barn. We arrived after driving through a rather heavy snow storm on Thanksgiving and it was the best landing spot. Setting was a dream too! Picturesque countryside with mountains in the distance. "

"The apartment was absolutely PERFECT. Our reservations were for 3 days, but a calender snafu caused us to cut it to 2, Klara & Greg contacted us promptly and were able to change it without too much hassle. They even ensured that we would be able to check in an hour earlier because of the mix-up. "We had a wonderful time in Saratoga at this beautiful home. We went up to celebrate thanksgiving with family. The house was very charming and comfortable. It is spacious and convenient to all Saratoga has to offer. We had a small issue with the television but the owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved. I would recommend this home to anyone visiting Saratoga. "

"The apartment was adequate for our stay in the Albany area to attend my niece's wedding. There was plenty of room and the apartment was clean. The owners are in the process of renovating so at this time there is work that needs to be done. We would have liked to spend time in the yard and build a campfire down by the river but there was some construction going on in the back of the house. Overall, it was a nice stay and will likely be even nicer when the renovations are complete."

When we arrived to the building there was mold all over the door, including the door handle which we obviously had to touch in order to get in. There were a small set of wooden stairs that were covered with mold and so slippery that a few of us almost slipped multiple times. Opening the door to the apartment was a joke. "Had a hard time with 10 digit door lock but property manager helped immediately. Lock was temperamental our whole time there. Kitchen, bathroom and laundry were more then fully equipped. Once parked in back had to do a 3 point turn to drive out. There is a nice walking trail at back of yard, lots of birds. Over all I do believe I would stay again."

"It is very basic accommodations but met our needs for someplace to sleep and shower. Comfortable for two, crowded at four. Road noise that didn't bother me but might bother some. Entrance sneaks up on you so finding it in the dark for the first night was troublesome. Stay away from the McDonald's in town. They could care less about their customers. Rude and my food was old, cold, and incorrect."

We realized someone had left an engagement ring in one of the bedroom drawers 30 minutes after checkout.
