"This was a sweet and simple apartment with an easy location to all things Berlin. Working with the owners was super easy and they responded with answers to any questions that we had. It was great exercise walking up 5 flights of stairs. Just sad that there was no close parking. We would have no problem staying there again."

The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"Impeccably designed apartments in a beautiful centrally located area. A welcome respite throughout the day and overnight with porches for outdoor relaxation. Adjacent to rail station so some noise and vibration from trains but that is the cost of convenience. Building and walls are made of cast concrete with sophisticated doors and window apparatus to filter out urban noise. Staff were gracious and always helpful. Great home away from home. "

"The apartment we were initially staying in had the bathroom a floor above the main living/sleeping area, and there was water damage on the ceiling above the bed. When showering, water leaked out of the shower floor and ran down the walls and pooled on the floor of the living area. When we complained of this to the hosts, they were very helpful and allowed us to move to a different apartment unit in the same building. We had no issues with the second unit. "The hotel is overpriced. Looked better online than it really is. Still a great hotel, though. Clean and comfortable. The gym is not good, very basic and lacks weights. Same as the sauna - it wasn't even working most of the days I stayed there. The phone in the room wasn't working, so I couldn't call the receptionist anytime. The breakfast is VERY average and super overpriced, it also looked much better online than it truly is. The area though is amazing, very central and easy to get around. "

"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

Great Cozy convenient and affordable high quality

"The hotel is super amazing, room is very wide well equiped and very quiet, you can work and focus, also you can enjoy. There is a fantastic Gym on the third floor with all equipment in place, very organized and hygienic. The hotel is in a building where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops besides the area around is really full of great restaurants and places to visit"

"We had a great stay, the hotel is a two minute walk next to the train station in a nice and quiet area, while also within walking distance of all the main attractions especially the Reichstag Building and Brandenberg Gate. Staff are very friendly, friendly, polite and welcoming. The hotel was modern, very clean with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, all the amenities needed and a great shower - loved the separate toilet cubicle area too. Overal a great stay. "
