"Very clean and well-maintained generally speaking. Pleasant, helpful, multi-lingual staff. Room was a bit warm. Outside noise (shouting) from loud walking traffic was an issue in our unit both nights. There was an issue with an elevator not opening on the lobby level, but the management addressed it immediately."

"Appreciated ease of checking in. Dining area in hotel not ideal. Very congested. Bedroom ok for two people but a little on the small side. Very warm rooms. Unable to reduce air conditioning to less than 18c. Tain nose quite annoying. "

"Convenient location, close to train station and other necessities. A pleasant walk or quick tram to central Vienna sites. My only concern would be the lack of air conditioning. It was fine in April but could feel too hot in the summer."
