"Beautiful, large, old home, filled with hundreds of antiques, and a story for every one of them, I'm sure. You'd run out of time before you saw all of them. Really comfy beds, lots of bedrooms (some had private sitting rooms) and bathrooms. Nearly private driveway that winds through beautiful mountain scenery. We were there in winter and still saw tons of wild life..the birds! so many. Huge, old kitchen with some comfy chairs an eat in table and breathtaking views. A private bedroom wing, BUT...

"This is a beautiful, spacious house with beautiful views. We stayed here in October when all the foliage was at its peak. The host was so nice and so easy to communicate with. The house was cleaner than any hotel I’ve stayed in and stocked with all the amenities such as towels, toiletries, washer and dryer, etc. "

"It was the perfect weekend. We couldn't have asked for anything more. The house is very warm and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you could possibly need or want. Other than the grocery shopping we did; the house was stocked. The Hot Tub was perfect and very easy to use and was enjoyed by all. "For a large family and two dogs in a love with the water this was a perfect location for us. The property was well cared for. Any issues the property manager was easily available. Lake was a little small for our taste but overall was able to get some sailing in on a sunfish and lots of paddle boarding and kayaks. Thanks to Troy for his hospitality"
