"The staff were really good in looking after guests.. I would have preferred coffee/tea making facilities in room rather than a descent to ground floor. Having a disability made it difficult for me to carry drinks around so I felt trapped into sitting near the coffee machine to drink. To ease pain a hot water bottle is good for me but without the means of heating water again a problem. To be able to have an evening meal at the hotel would also have been great rather than have to seek out local...

"It was very cold in the room in the first night, I spoke with the person from the reception the next day and I explained that it was very cold in the room and I couldn't take a shower. He tried to lie to me like in Germany heat starts only if it is below 10 ° degrees and only 3 times a day the heat starts at night that was 6 ° :) :) :) and the next day they bring me an electric heater ...
