"The property is far away from Berlin. I would not stay there again. The room was listed with air-conditioning, but the lady charged us additional 7 euro for it. It is not about the money, but should be listed as the option and have a price. Otherwise it is a hidden fee."

"I made the reservation, sent a text via VRBO to the owner to let him know that I was making the reservation for my son and his 4 friends, paid for the apartment, and got confirmation. But, on the day of check-in, we were never able to make contact with the owner despite multiple calls and texts. "Great place. All the amenities you need for a week stay with family. Not to far from tram line, would recommend car hire as it’s about 30-40mins from Berlin city, closest shops are about 30 mins walk away. No air con, house is made of wood so does get hot in the day, got the pool to cool off tho so it was fine."
