It is a little bit retired from the center, but public transportation is excellent around the area (and in Germany in general). If you are looking for typical air-conditioned home, you might be disappointed. The pool is small, but coming to Berlin is not the place to stay in a pool. Lots of conveniences stores and supermarkets, restaurants are decent...

"We thought the house was great. Built only a few years ago, with everything clean and top quality. The house is nicer in reality than in the pictures! The owner was very friendly and quickly fixed a minor problem we had with one of the appliances. The house is on a private track in the forest, with quiet neighbours either side, with a large garden, decked patio and pond. It's a 45 minute drive into Berlin city centre, or 20 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn from where it's about 30 minutes by train....
