"I thought this place would have been a much better experience. The only redeeming quality was the gentleman who was very nice and took me to and from the airport. Otherwise this location was a DISASTER. Not only did my key stop working in the middle of my trip, it took a while to fix the situation- there is no office so i by chance saw a cleaning lady. "This hotel is definitely overlooked , I have a penthouse suite apartment. I felt safe , comfortable. Staff was amazing I like how they keep the front gate closed at night with two security’s onsite. Downtown you can really walk. I felt really safe I was on a solo trip but I had no worries in this hotel . Room was not bad at all ! Pool area was clean."

"The property was very well located. Service was excellent. Beautiful view. Appartement well maintained but not for 6 adults since there was only one bathroom. Also the fact that we had to close the AC during the day made that the apartment would have a bad smell coming from the bathroom. Overall very nice island and we enjoy a lot our stay. Even if it’s many apartments we felt the privacy. Thank you and we will definitely recommend or visit back."
