"Larry and Ann made us feel at home with the genuine warmth of their welcome. Lovely folk. The house is quite beautiful and the rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was freshly cooked and served in the outstanding dining room. You can imagine large dinner parties being held there in years gone by. As we left this morning Ann gifted my wife a large scented candle. All in all an excellent b&b for an overnight or a long weekend. "

"Very friendly staff. Close to city centre and Queens University. Good breakfast. Hotel clean. Shower was in the room which might be an issue if travelling with friends not family. Toilet light was automatic and stayed on for ages, also switched on randomly in middle of the night. Air con switches off after a relatively short amount of time (to conserve energy) so we often were woken up in the middle of the night in a boiling hot room."

"A must stay! We had such an amazing experience at the Banogue house, it was quiet and peaceful which is exactly what we need it. John, our host went above and beyond to make us feel at home and his breakfasts were our fav of the trip! If I were to ever come back, I’d deff stay here again. John, thank you again for our stay, we will miss you and the house! XO, your fav Americans :)"

"Fantastic hotel to stay"

"We had a x1 night stay here. We had a fantastic stay! William at reception was absolutely amazing – Very accomadating and professional, from giving us handy car park tips and tricks to quickly sorting out the aircon in our room, nothing was too much trouble. He also recommended coming down to enjoy the local music, which really added to our trip. The bed was super comfortable, and the TV in the room was massive! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops, which made everything so convenient. Overall, it was exactly the stay we were hoping for. "
