The Tv was rubbish and had constant interference plus very little stations to watch. Room was extremely small and I asked for more milk etc for my coffee and I didn’t get any. The receptionist was one of the best I’ve ever encountered in any hotel. She was knowledgeable, professional and went out of her way to make sure I had a great experience.

The receptionist (I think her name was Theresa) was amazing. So friendly, helpful and nice. I have been to many hotels, she was outstanding and she is reason I gave this 5 stars. Rooms were perfectly adequate for the stay, clean and tidy. Had diner and breakfast both were delicious and had lots of options. Only slight negative was that hot breakfast finishes at 9.30 which is a bit early for me,

The people who work for the Flagstaff are top notch and gave such great advice on things to see and do whilst in the area. We were so appreciative of John who gave us a couple of sightseeing side trips and to be honest - some of the best views we ever imagined. The hotel was so clean and our food was wonderful.
