We were in town for a ballet competition so we were gone all day everyday until late and didn’t realize they weren’t going to service our room the second morning I had to run and buy coffee. I decided not to use parking at the hotel but if I had to do it again I would because there was no place to load and unload baggage on the street. "

This Hotel Is Literally Right Across The Street From Paints Arena Where The Penguins Play. The Employees At This Hotel Are So Friendly, The Hotel Is Clean And Has A Starbucks, A Great Bar And Two Great Restaurants With Excellent Food. We Can’t Say Enough About This Great Downtown Location, You Can Walk To Many Things Which Is Awesome! We Walked To Pirates And Steelers Stadium. We Would Highly Recommend This Hotel To Family Friends And Strangers!! We Will Definitely Be Back!! We Love Pittsburgh "
