"Our stay was fantastic. Geraldo and the staff at villa Orleans are incredible and kind. We drove to Villa Orleans and Geraldo was waiting on the side of the main road to great us. Staff are excellent but are not on site 24/7 however are easily contactable via WhatsApp and are extremely helpful. Things to improve: bathroom folding door was broken when we arrived and as a result difficult to close. Towel Hook was loose and about to break off so we couldn't use. The check in was smooth with Maurio meeting us late at night due to a slow drive in from Rome. He organized a local driver and pizzeria dinner for us immediately.
