"It was perfection! The most picturesque view! Kids (5 & 6 yrs) were able to easily walk down stairs to the beach and then catch the shuttle bus back up to the room. Lovely market next door (with the kindest staff) meant we could cook for the kids, get them to bed early and enjoy a bottle of wine and antipasto patter on the balcony in the evenings to soak up every minute with that view. We told her that VRBO doesn’t endorse any charges not part of the original booking. She stated her fees are very high. We explained to her, she needs to increase her fees prior to booking if needed.
