"The hotel was brilliant our nephew absolutely loved every minute of his stay it’s very child friendly he loved the bunk beds and bean bag in the room We had a meal at the restaurant with the dragons and dinosaurs great for the kids but the bistro was much nicer. The wildlife park was brilliant. We will definitely be back."

"Very nice overnight stay. Quick check in, friendly staff member. When the room I was allocated wasn't the same as the one booked it was changed quickly and efficiently, again friendly helpful staff. Room itself was spacious, great bathroom. Main lighting could be improved. Leisure facilities great and glad we used them. Very nice gym, pool also a good space. Showers in need of an update. Only negative of the stay was how loud the lift arrival noise was, could be heard inside our room and we were...

"The shower room was spacious. The hot water was very slow to come in the wash-hand basin. (resulted in a waste of water as I waited for it to warm up.)"

"Loved the location, food, service. Standard room - very comfortable and clean. Amazing breakfast. Coffee machine in the dining room wasn't the best and either needs servicing, or upgrading, and maybe a second one. We attended a family function and the hot buffet was exceptional, plentiful and tasty. Staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried. "
