"Such a stunning hotel. I wanted my daughter to experience a more traditional Japanese stay in Kyoto for one night. We came here because of the private onsen options since I have tattoos. This place was such a pleasure to stay at. I loved the breakfast spread as it was very traditional Japanese. My daughter found it a but more difficult to eat as some of the food was not completely to her taste, but I absolutely loved it (I’m half Japanese and raised in Japan, so it was delicious for me). Thank you for such a wonderful stay! "

"Although it says 3 stars i would compare this to a 4 star stay. Terific service and Antonin at the reception was terific. Mr. Komatsu shuttle driver was very efficient and nice. Staff was teriffic and nice. I will come back for sure when i visit Japan."

"Very convenient in being inside the airport to board the plane early in the morning with a toddler. Also convenient with many restaurants in the airport and with the limousine bus to get to city. Staff was very friendly. We left our luggage before check in and everything was brought inside the room before we arrived back to check in. Very small room though. "
