"The host Guerrino was absolutely amazing! Our flight was delayed and he was in constant contact with us making sure we arrived safely. We were driving from MXP to Cavarzere and didn’t arrive until 1:30am. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed and was close to our family in Rovigo. I would definitely pick The Roses house to come back on our next trip to the Venezia area and recommend it to all looking for a central location near the beach and all the amazing attractions nearby."

"The property is in a rural setting amongst farm fields but is well screened by trees. The rooms are large with comfortable furniture and beds. There was a choice of pillows which will suit most people. Outside it was good to have both the pool area and a more private area at the rear. The property is close to local amenities but having a car is essential. Overall this is an excellent property."

We zijn de lucht van - de aanwezige - kippen niet gewend; dat ruik je overal. Het was ons onvoldoende duidelijk dat het huisje bovenop de tennisbaan staat. "What a place! The apartment and whole facilities were fantastic, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, the air-conditioning was a welcome addition in the very hot weather. The pool area felt luxurious with sun-canopies, tables, chairs and sun beds. Above all that the hosts, Guerrino, Antonella and family were fantastic. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental if visiting this part of Italy."

"Cute place with loads of Italian charm. Weather was rainy during out trip so couldn't make use of the rooftop deck. Stayed just two days before a cruise out of Ravenna and had a rental car. Not a lot to do directly in the area right around the apartment but was central and close for us to spend a day in Venice and also visit a nearby winery. Short drive to good variety of restaurants."

Abzüge von einem Stern, weil Einrichtung im Wohnessraum spartanisch (kl. 2-er Couch, keine Kaffeemaschine), in Erdgeschosswohnung keine Fernsicht und WLAN nicht durchgängig verfügbar. Vermieter sehr nett, betreibt das Restaurant Alto Venda (Slowfood) und hat uns zum Abschied auf eine Flasche Wein, frisches Brot Salami und Schinken...
