"Not helpful to tourist, cannot reach the basic service standard a hotel ought to provide to tourist!"

"เป็น guesthouse ทั้งหลังมีทั้งหมด 6 ห้องนอน มี shared bathrooms 2 ห้อง shared toilet 4 ห้อง ทั้งหมดแยกชายหญิง และมี private onsen 2 ห้อง มีที่จอดรถฟรี ก่อนวันเข้าพักจะมี mail ส่งมาให้ self check-in ก่อน และได้รับรหัสในการเข้าที่พัก ที่พักสะอาด กว้าง มีส่วนกลางเป็นครัวและห้องนั่งเล่น ดีมากๆ เลยค่ะ กลุ่มเราไปกัน 11 คน เลยจองทั้งหมด 6 ห้องนอน เท่ากับได้บ้านมาทั้งหลัง พนักงานก็น่ารักมาต้อนรับและยกกระเป๋าขึ้นชั้น 2 ให้หมดเลย ครัวสะอาดมาก มีผ้าเช็ดให้พร้อม เครื่องครัวก็เยอะ ที่ชอบมากคือห้องนั่งเล่น...

"Classic modern Japanese Inn with shared bathrooms and onsen, tatami rooms with Japanese bedding. No mens room on the 2nd floor. No staff, check-in and out automated. Basic facilities but all working order. Clean and Good location for exploring Yuzawa area, if you are comfortable with Japanese style travel."

"Hotel is okay from a room/cleaniness. Check-in was a problem with both hotels.com and the actual check-in. Hotels.com doesn't handle international travel well as they didn't put in that the room we chose was double occupancy. It's not in our receipt which is telling me that it probably got lost in the email to the hotel. It's in the app but apparently that wasn't relayed to the hotel. When we checked in, the reception said it was for single occupancy although we paid the double rate already...

"It was great experience staying at this place. Right after we went to gala Yuzawa ski came back to the hotel and dipped ourselves into the large Ofuro in the basement. Smoking was not allowed inside or well outside the house so it was the only problem me and my friends faced during the stay but all in all we enjoyed our stay at the place. Place is warm and cozy. Recommend for friends and family or in groups over 5 people. "
