"I stayed here for 2 days. Firstly, hotels.com forgot to send me late check-in instructions, which I emailed them about. The room was ok. The pillow was really uncomfortable. There is no lock on the room. Shower was ok. I wake up to construction noise in the morning. There is no proper kitchen and if someone is cooking you can smell it from your bed. "

"We arrived at the property with no information about how to access our room. Whoever is managing the property is no where to be found... basically asked another person who had access to the building the code to get in and found the key to our room in the door. Also, no fridge, no laundry, at the site as promised. Great location though at night too noisy to sleep with the window open so had to muscle through the heat."

"The hostel is new and very nicely designed in a good area, 1 block from Zurriola surf beach and under 10 min walk to the old town. Bare essentials kitchen and good wifi everywhere. There is a bar/cafe downstairs and the actual dorms are right next door in a residential apartment so you need to be peaceful in there. The owners David and Haritz are two of the nicest, hospitable guys you'll ever meet who will make your stay a memorable one. Also try the salmon toastie!"

"The building holds the heat and without AC the only option is to open the window, this does not work as the street is exceptionally noisy with trucks buses and motorcycles. Also for the price, I expected it to be bigger, hot water that doesn’t run out, house keeping, or someone around to ask questions. We don’t normally complain either. Positives are it was reasonably clean and location was great."

"I got double charged twice on this property by Expedia and the owner! Nightmare experience Paid for it the minute I booked on Expedia. Then the owner demanded payment in cash before letting me in. No customer service from either party. Disappointing experience and would not recommend it"

"Great place to stay if your considering walking the Camino de Santiago from france to spain. The location couldnt have been better. Room was clean and comfortable with a balcony looking out toward the Pyrenees. Mountains. "This house is incredible. I've never stayed in a place as beautifully crafted and in such a beautiful rural setting. We cooked 4 nights as well and found the kitchen and outdoor grill to be well stocked. Our group was a family of 4 - kids were 18 and 14 years old. During our 5 nights stay we visited the nearby French Basque towns (including Espelette), we day-tripped to San Sebastian, went to Bayonne, Saint Jean de Luz, and Hendaye. Really fun week!"

"Great one bedroom suite, with kitchen area in the sitting room. Useful washing machine/dryer. Large comfortable double bed with an amazing light system in the board behind the pillows. Walkable to the old town with it’s great pixos/tapas bars and parking, which you can reserve in advance with Telpark, is only 2 minutes walk away.The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would have been nice to have an armchair as well as sofa in the sotting room. Excellent stay."
