"Lisa, la recepcionista fue super amable en todo momento y nos ayudó con todo. La habitación estaba muy bien teniendo que cuenta la categoría y el precio. "The location is amazing, very peaceful, surrounding villages are stunning, overall a great location. The hotel, though, was quite old and run down. We booked as thought to be family and child friendly but it seems more targeted for senior visitors. The swimming pool was a good surprise, nice and big, perfect for the hot weather. The main problem was lack of air conditioning, it was a very hot day/night, making it impossible to sleep with the heat. "

"We stayed here because of the 4/ 5 star rating reviews , for us it did not stand up to portrayed as that. The veranda is very nice , but the bedrooms and bathroom has no natural light. Sophie and Denis are very nice hosts , and will help you in any way they can . The village of ASCAIN is very good for numerous walks , and you have a good choice of bars and restaurants , which is 5mins by car , and the coast is not too far away. The goats and chicken are lovely"

"Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days.
